Making a Difference

Theatre in the Classroom invests in the future of Saskatoon by using drama to build children's self-worth and develop necessary life skills.

Taking it into the Schools

Thanks to the generous support of Cameco, Sum Theatre has been able to bring this confidence-building work to students in need. Through a series of of drama classes, Sum Theatre works directly with youth to learn about themselves, their peers and how to work together as a team. Students find skills within themselves such as focus, critical thinking, confidence and creativity and utilize them in a collaborative environment.

"Thank you for teaching us how to act and how to be a very good listener, and showing us how to communicate with others."

- Student, Age 12
